Hello! My name is Jocelyn and I am the owner of Leashes and Laps Pet Care, LLC. I started my own business to meet the ever-growing need for pet care in my area. I have over four years of experience in doggie daycare, dog walking, and dog/cat boarding. I also have hands-on experience in a medical setting assisting veterinary staff and I am pet CPR and First Aid certified.
A little bit about me: I moved from New York to New Hampshire with my husband in 2018. We currently are the proud pet parents of two cats, Mona and Ursa. Our “baby girl” Butterscotch lost her battle with cancer in 2025, but she will always be remembered and loved. In my downtime, I like to watch movies, play video games, and do both indoor/outdoor gardening.

What services do you offer for pets?
I provide dog sitting, cat sitting, and dog walking. I am also able to administer oral, ear, eye, and topical medications. Currently, I do not service diabetic pets, exotic pets, or farm animals.
What are your rates and service areas for pet sitting and dog walking?
My rate is $25 per 30 minutes walk/visit. I do not charge additionally for more than one pet, medication administration, or during a holiday.
My current areas of service are Concord and Bow. Please e-mail me with inquiries for out of service areas.
Do you perform a complimentary meet and greet?
A meet and greet is a requirement of my services; simply let me know what date and time works best for you. I will also request for you to review and complete a Terms of Service and Veterinary Release agreement.

We had a great experience with Jocelyn and the services she provided.
She befriended, walked and fed 4 dogs over the course of my daughter’s wedding. This freed us up to focus solely on our company and the wedding itself, as well as during brunch the day after. Her meet and greet helped us know about her qualifications and what (little) we needed to do. Our dogs readily befriended her and there were absolutely no issues.
